![]() ![]() ![]() We travelled with my brother and his family and another group of friends who had junior suites, they were definitely more compact and smaller with one bathroom but it was sufficient and they were pleased with their suites. We had booked a junior suite and were upgraded to an Executive Suite. The drivers were very pleasant and helpful. I pre-ordered a Birthday cake through them, most extremely courteous, professional and friendly concierge! Also, through the most helpful concierge we arranged pickup to and from airport to hotel. This was our first visit to Relais Spa Hotel, Val D’Europe for a 3 night stay and we will definitely return! Concierge I emailed hotel in advance as it was our daughter’s 18th Birthday. Bar is also very modern and well maintained. Reception staff were very professional and attentive. A spacious, welcoming reception area, modern surroundings with comfortable seating areas. Hotel This hotel is thoroughly well maintained throughout with neutral colours bright, extremely clean and modern. Still looking for cons but so far not really found any, the food and drinks onsite were a bit pricey but the same as any 4* hotel to be fair and there were loads of better priced choices on your doorstep the pub round the corner did happy hour 5-9pm and pinky’s were €3.50 which if you’ve stayed in or around Paris before is pretty amazing □ #4 Value - it's a no brainier I could of visited this hotel for 4 trips before it was the same price as the Disneyland Hotel and I get the location is better but the standards are not really any higher and I know I’d rather have the 4 trips than the one!! It’s location to Paris is about 40 mins which was really easy 1 direct train from the RER station which was a 60!second walk from the hotel so also very easy to access. The facilities, the spa and pool in particular were superb only real downside is they’re for adults only 18+ But hey the kids get enough already □ and the staff were superb genuinely couldn’t do enough for you and always super friendly. Rooms - we went for the junior suite and it was great, over double the size of our room at Disney and it had an amazing super king bed, full bath and shower and two toilets one in the main bathroom the other just off the entrance corridor, living area with sofa bed, table and chairs, huge floor space and kitchen which even had a dishwasher, hob, fridge and microwave so we were well equipped to self cater if we wanted to plus we got a balcony and the room was a great standard very worthy of every one of those 4 stars #3. Location - now I know what you’re thinking, it’s not as close to the parks as onsite hotels and you’d be right but the hotel offers free on demand taxi transfers to the park between 8am and 11pm which took 3 1/2 minutes (yes I timed it) and if you want to eat out, grab something from the super market, grab a cheap bite from the patisserie you have all these facilities within a stones throw of the hotel which as a northerner I much prefer to paying way over the odds in the Disney Village for mediocre food! #2. So we stayed at the Relais hotel & Spa for 4 nights with the primary objective of visiting Disneyland for a few days as well as a day in Paris for Disneyland this hotel is pretty perfect I’ve stayed onsite before at Disney in the New York hotel and honestly I’d stay at this hotel over that one any day of the week and here’s why #1. ![]()
